I've had a gastric bypass and am post menopausal. The brain fog from Menopause is a beast for me. I'm finding my memory is better since starting, I have more energy and am feeling much better over all. It seems like my metabolism is naturally getting better because I feel better. I've lost 15 pounds since starting and I accredited some of that weight loss to my feeling better and my system running a little bit better. More energy = better outcomes!

I took it for the first time today. I work in construction and had a hour and a half ride before getting to the jobsite. I took it when I woke up. So I was wired about 30 mins into my ride lol. Tomorrow I will take it when I'm 30 mins from the site. But it gave me a boost for about 5 hrs. Had to take it again at lunch to keep me going. But it does work.
